Delete your account

Applies to courier accounts in the Spindl Delivery app, by Spindl OÜ

Delete it yourself, in the App

Open the App and go to Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the App, email support@spindl.app from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request against your registered address and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, and password.
Your verification (KYC) data: business name, registry code, payout IBAN, and the photo of your identity document — including the emailed copy in our operations inbox.
Your coverage spot, your last known position, online session history, and push notification token.

What is retained

Records of completed deliveries are retained in anonymized form (not linked to your name or contact details) for bookkeeping, as required by Estonian accounting law.
